Local SEO Partnership

Ongoing work to help local customers find, trust and contact your business. I review your Google Business Profile, website, reviews and listings together, then work on the priorities that matter most.

$300setup+ $497/month

90-day initial engagement, billed monthly. After that, service continues month to month and may be canceled before the next billing date.

Scope agreed before starting

We agree the website improvements I will implement as part of the partnership. New website builds and larger projects are quoted separately. If your developer handles website implementation, the agreed scope and fee reflect that.

Already have a website or someone who maintains it? You can keep your website and your developer. We agree who handles website changes before starting, and the partnership fee reflects the work I take on. If your developer handles implementation, I provide recommendations through you; you approve and arrange their work, and their fees remain separate. I recommend repair or replacement only when needed, including when rebuilding is more practical and cost-effective than repairing the existing site.

We start with the site you have. If it needs work, I compare repair with replacement and explain the practical option. A rebuild makes sense when it is easier and more cost-effective than repairing the existing site.

Repairs are quoted for the work needed. The build and monthly support prices shown apply when a replacement site is agreed.

New pages or a redesign

New builds are static websites. Fewer moving parts keep maintenance practical and make your files portable. A new website is not a requirement for Local SEO.

How the build works →

Anything outside that gets quoted.

Website builds, larger projects and work outside the agreed partnership scope are quoted separately. Materials and third-party costs (stock photos, premium tools, registrar fees) are passed through at cost and stated up front.

You receive a clear scope and price before any separately quoted work begins.

What happens if you leave.

Published here on purpose. I wrote a whole article telling business owners to ask this before hiring anyone — it'd be a bit rich to then make you ask.

And it isn't a policy I picked up from a blog post. I once had a vendor make changes to one of my own sites. Because I'd refused to hand over the hosting access, I pointed the domain back at my own site inside thirty minutes and never spoke to them again — then built the thing they'd been selling me, myself. Everything below exists so that no client of mine is ever in the position I was in that afternoon.

You retain 100% ownership of your domain and content.
Free raw website file export upon request.
Zero hidden exit penalties or lock-in fees.

Your domain is yours.: Registered in your name, in an account you own, from day one. It's the only thing that can genuinely trap you, so it never sits with me.
Your files are free, any time you ask.: It's a static site — a folder of HTML, CSS and images. No database, no plugins, nothing tangled up in my hosting. Any host on earth can serve it.
Managed migration: $125.: If you'd rather I move it for you, I'll set it up in your own hosting account, point the DNS, and confirm it's live. That fee buys convenience, not release — the free door is always open.
Your Google Business Profile is yours.: In your Google account, with me added as a manager. Never the other way round.
Website service is month to month.: Cancel before the next billing date. If a payment is missed the site stays up and I'll reach out; if it's still unpaid at 30 days we part ways and I email you your files. No chasing, no collections, no awkward reinstatement.

One free build a year.

Each year I take on a single Community Partnership — a full year of service, free, for a local small business, nonprofit, or community organisation whose work resonates with me. Selection is based on impact, character, and alignment, not financial need.
