Every price, in the open.

Including what it costs to leave. If you have to book a call to find out what something costs, that's usually because the number changes depending on what they think you'll pay.

Website Build

A website that represents your business well and gives it the best possible foundation to be found on Google. Built by hand, mobile-first, and fast.

$997one-time build+ $97/month

The monthly covers

  • Hosting and SSL
  • Domain and DNS handled for you
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Up to 2 small content updates a month — a price change, new photos, updated hours

Not included

  • Unlimited edits or unlimited support
  • New pages or a redesign
  • WordPress — I don't build on it at any price
Static sites only. No plugins to update, nothing to patch, nothing that breaks at 11pm because something auto-updated. It's why the monthly is $97 and not $300.

SEO Partnership

Ongoing work to improve how you show up in local search. Not an enterprise retainer — a practical monthly partnership for a business that doesn't need an agency.

$300setup+ $300/month

90-day initial engagement, billed monthly. After that, service continues month to month and may be canceled before the next billing date.

Every month

  • Prioritized work — your website, Google Business Profile and citations reviewed together, with work prioritized by evidence, not a script
  • Search Console and Analytics reviewed
  • A written report — what I did, why, what moved, what's next
  • Email support, and a quarterly strategy call

Not included

  • Unlimited content or unlimited edits
  • Link-building campaigns
  • Any promise about rankings
  • Weekly meetings
Already have a website or someone who maintains it? You do not need to replace it or leave your current developer to work with me on local SEO. When a website change is needed, I send a clear written brief to you. You decide whether to approve it and handle all communication with your developer. Any developer cost is between you and your developer. I'll recommend repair or replacement only when the existing site is demonstrably holding the work back.
What the monthly work looks like →

Anything outside that gets quoted.

New pages, a second site, a bigger change, something neither package covers — I'll quote the job, not the hour. Materials and third-party costs (stock photos, premium tools, registrar fees) are passed through at cost and stated up front.

I don't sell hours. My constraint is time, not money, so an hourly rate would just be selling the one thing I can't make more of. You get a number for the job, or an honest "that's not something I should take on."

What happens if you leave.

Published here on purpose. I wrote a whole article telling business owners to ask this before hiring anyone — it'd be a bit rich to then make you ask.

And it isn't a policy I picked up from a blog post. I once had a vendor make changes to one of my own sites. Because I'd refused to hand over the hosting access, I pointed the domain back at my own site inside thirty minutes and never spoke to them again — then built the thing they'd been selling me, myself. Everything below exists so that no client of mine is ever in the position I was in that afternoon.

Your domain is yours.
Registered in your name, in an account you own, from day one. It's the only thing that can genuinely trap you, so it never sits with me.
Your files are free, any time you ask.
It's a static site — a folder of HTML, CSS and images. No database, no plugins, nothing tangled up in my hosting. Any host on earth can serve it.
Managed migration: $125.
If you'd rather I move it for you, I'll set it up in your own hosting account, point the DNS, and confirm it's live. That fee buys convenience, not release — the free door is always open.
Your Google Business Profile is yours.
In your Google account, with me added as a manager. Never the other way round.
Website service is month to month.
Cancel before the next billing date. If a payment is missed the site stays up and I'll reach out; if it's still unpaid at 30 days we part ways and I email you your files. No chasing, no collections, no awkward reinstatement.

One free build a year.

Each year I take on a single Community Partnership — a full year of service, free, for a local small business, nonprofit, or community organisation whose work resonates with me. Selection is based on impact, character, and alignment, not financial need.

There's no application. I choose — but if you know an organisation that deserves it, you can put them forward here.
