Local SEO for Jacksonville lawn and landscape companies
I started my first lawn and landscape company in 1998. I understand the difference between filling a route with recurring work and chasing every one-time yard job that comes through the phone.

A lawn company may want dense recurring routes. A landscape company may want design, installation, drainage, sod, lighting, or commercial maintenance. Those are different customers and different decisions—not one generic “landscaping near me” strategy.
I organize the Google Business Profile and website around the services, properties, and service area that fit the company you actually run.
Route density matters more than empty traffic
Ten calls scattered across Jacksonville can be less valuable than a few good accounts near an existing route. The website should communicate where you work, what you handle, and whether you serve residential, commercial, or both without creating dozens of copied city pages.
The goal is not traffic for its own sake. It is visibility where the right work can become profitable, repeatable business.
Make every major service easy to understand
- Recurring lawn care
- Landscape installation
- Sod installation
- Drainage
- Mulch & bed work
- Commercial maintenance
We give important services enough room to explain the work, the ideal property, the service area, and the next step. We do not manufacture a page for every keyword variation.
Photos and reviews should prove the operation is real
Before-and-after photos, maintained properties, clean crews, communication, and dependable schedules often say more than polished marketing language. The profile and website should make that proof easy to see.
I help build a consistent review-request process around completed work and satisfied customers. Your team still makes the human ask. See the review process →

Why I work with only one lawn and landscape company per market
I will not optimize two direct competitors against each other in an overlapping market. Exclusivity begins when a partnership is signed.
This is for an owner-operated company where I can talk directly with the person making decisions—not a national franchise or a lead-selling operation.
What it costs
The partnership starts with a 90-day initial engagement, billed monthly. After that it continues month to month and may be canceled before the next billing date. No ranking guarantees and no long-term lock-in.
Website work is used when the website is genuinely holding the Local SEO effort back. A full new build is separate. See full pricing →
Common questions
Why is there a 90-day initial engagement?
Local SEO is connected work, not a switch that gets flipped once. The first 90 days give us time to establish a baseline, correct the foundation, complete the highest-priority work and evaluate the early response. It is billed monthly, not annually, and continues month to month after the initial term.
Do you work with lawn care and landscaping companies?
Yes. We will identify whether recurring maintenance, project work, or a deliberate mix should drive the strategy before building pages around it.
Does this include the Google Map Pack?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile is part of the monthly work, along with the website and local signals that support it. I do not guarantee a particular ranking.
Will you work with another lawn or landscape company near me?
Not in an overlapping market after your partnership is signed. I take one company per trade and market.
Can you work with my existing website company?
Yes. When another provider controls the website, I can supply clear recommendations and implementation briefs through you. Access and responsibility stay explicit.
