Billing Terms

1. Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing an ongoing service from Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business, you authorize Build Like A Business to keep your payment method on file and charge the amounts and schedule shown in your accepted proposal, quote, or invoice.

2. Local SEO Partnership Term and Cancellation

The Local SEO Partnership begins with a 90-day initial engagement and is billed monthly. After the initial 90 days, the partnership continues month to month and may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@buildlikeabusiness.com.

Your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile, and other business accounts remain yours. When Local SEO service ends, Build Like A Business will remove its account access or manager access upon request or when the work is closed out.

3. Website Hosting Cancellation and Handoff

Website hosting and support are month to month unless a written agreement says otherwise. They may be canceled before the next billing date by emailing support@buildlikeabusiness.com.

You receive your website files as soon as you give notice. Within one business day of receiving your cancellation, we will email you a complete copy of your website files. Your site remains live through the end of the paid billing period so you have time to arrange hosting elsewhere.

Your domain name is registered in your name and remains yours throughout.

If you would prefer us to handle the move rather than doing it yourself, we offer a managed migration for a one-time fee of $125, which covers setting the site up in your own hosting account, pointing the DNS, and confirming it is live. This is optional — taking the files and moving them yourself is always free.

4. Refunds

Setup fees and fees already paid for completed work or work underway are nonrefundable. Service continues through the applicable paid period unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

5. Price Changes

Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business reserves the right to modify pricing for any service. In the event of a price change, we will provide you with 30 days advance written notice before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Third-Party Costs

Developer fees, citation campaigns, paid directories, data aggregators, premium add-ons, advertising, and other third-party purchases are separate from Build Like A Business fees. No separate third-party purchase will be made on your behalf without your approval.
